This dealership is the best in town. Every time I come into the drive way I'm always greeted with a warm hello. The staff is nice enough to pair my cell phone every time I get a new phone (I buy a lot of phones). I love how I never have to get a dollar for the soda machine because Mike Shaw dealership always has FREE bottles of water and soda cans. The service department always has free cookies and they wash my car with every oil change. Thank you so much, Mike Shaw KIA for being amazing!!!

I had my 2014 Kia Forte inspected. I was about 15 minutes early and they still had me out in less than an hour. Ty Mike Shaw Kia.
Had to take car in on a recall repair; told it would take 3 hours and we there for 4 1/2 hours. Waiting room is very nice but, sure was hot inside. People were very nice to us.
John Michael Ayala was a Great help!!So helpful had to test drive my car twice to make sure thats what I wanted,it was not a problem.
