Friendly, not pushy, always prompt, they offer free cold water. There awesome.
This dealership is the best in town. Every time I come into the drive way I'm always greeted with a warm hello. The staff is nice enough to pair my cell phone every time I get a new phone (I buy a lot of phones). I love how I never have to get a dollar for the soda machine because Mike Shaw dealership always has FREE bottles of water and soda cans. The service department always has free cookies and they wash my car with every oil change. Thank you so much, Mike Shaw KIA for being amazing!!!
