I went in for an oil change (Sergio Estrada worked on my car & did an awesome job �). That being said I also left Toyota with a new car! Jose Gordoa was very thorough with all the information we had to go over during the process & made me feel very comfortable & confident in my choice to buy from Toyota again. He understood what I was needing from a vehicle & respected my strict budget. I was very pleased with my service & definitely recommend Jose as well as the whole Mike Shaw Toyota team!

I took a vehicle to get the oil changed, the service advisor Robert Flores was courteous & prompt. Service was done in a timely manner, before I left Robert gave me options for maintenance needs for the vehicle. I recommend Mike Shaw Toyota for repairs & maintenance.
I went to Mike Shaw Toyota for an oil change and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Chris Hernandez. He asked what I was there for, I told him, he gave me an estimated time how long my wait would be & got they got job done! I purchased my Toyota Camry from this dealership and anytime I’ve needed service, I’d drive to Calallen to get it done.
