We couldn’t get the deal we wanted on our trade-in, but Isaiah was a great, no pressure, clear communicating representative of the dealership. He answered our questions and tried to get us a workable deal. We’re disappointed that the sale didn’t go through, but we enjoyed our time with Isaiah. Highly recommend. Hopefully we will be back.

I had a wonderful experience with Mike Shaw Toyota! Mr. Victor Espindola made my car buying experience very stress free. I had car problems at the beginning and he just told me to bring my car there and he will take care of me. Well he did and now I am a proud owner of a Toyota Lexus. And I love it!
