Mike contacted me to see if there was any way he could save me money on my current mortgage with new lower rates. I had worked with Mike twice before on two previous loans. He discussed options with me and we he found a way to save me close to $100 a month in interest. The ease and convenience of the digital refinance was unmatched. Mike and his entire loan processing staff was fantastic!! He is extremely knowledgeable, organized and the team he has working with him is the best in the industry. They were always extremely prompt and responsive with any questions and/or help I needed! I'm looking forward to doing business with Mike again in the future.

Mike and his team were instrumental in helping us get our first home. My husband and I had no idea what to do or expect when we began and they were so helpful in walking us through the process. We put offers on at least 4 - 5 different houses (some being foreclosures and home renovation loans) and they were alway available to answer all our questions and explain everything we needed to do and know about each type of loan/process. I would highly recommend Michael Turney for any residential financing needs. He made the home buying experience so simple it was amazing. I was in the mortgage industry for nearly 15 years and never thought a loan process could be as simple as Mike made. Mike and his team were professional and responsive. Next time I need a mortgage I am definitely calling Mike.

I found Mike Turney to be extremely knowledgeable. He provided me with options and delivered a great recommendation for me in choosing my mortgage product. His follow up was excellent from the beginning of the process all the way through to the closing table. It was very clear that to us that he cared and made sure the experience was top shelf.
