Mike Ward worked really hard to get my loan approved on limited time. My closing and my due date (expecting) were around the corner and he made it possible since I was not approve through a different lender. Mike and his team always kept in communication through phone, emails and text messages. He was always available no matter the time, if he was at a conference call he definately got back to me asap. Mike was terrific to work with! This was our first home purchase, and he spent a lot of time up front telling us about all the details, costs and what to expect throughout the process. He was prompt to respond when contacted, and very patient with all of our questions, explaining things clearly. He even made himself available outside business hours to talk on the phone. Mike made this mind boggling procedure relatively easy and painless. He's also very honest, friendly and personable. All in all, a great experience.
