This is our 5th transaction we have done with Mike (2 purchases, 2 refinances - 1 CA 1NV, 1 HE). Mike, and his team are always professional, helpful, efficient, friendly, and extremely responsive...if I email with a question or if I call and the phone is not answered I get a response very quickly. Also the system FIB has set up is awesome. The application process is easy and seamless, and uploading and signing documents is a breeze. We would definitely use Mike Watson at FIB again!
