I'm excited to have this car wash open in Middletown now. This is our first time trying a Mike's Carwash. I like that they have in-person service like the chic fil a drive through
Friendly staff, car wash rocks, and it's in a great location. If I could make a recommendation for improvement it would be to offer towels and window cleaner for use at the car wash instead of paying for it.
Very pushy staff. The employee working outside was worse than a used car salesman. I told him multiple times that I wasn't interested in the discount sheet and that I was only there for a single wash, but he kept insisting I take it because his boss wants them handed out. When I said I would just throw it away, he pointed to the trash can and told me to go there--then still shoved it in with my receipt. STAY AWAY!!!! they force you to place a ugly sticker on your windshield complete bs now it's stuck , horrible place
This company is horrible! Their car wash has caused damage on both my mom's car ($800) and mine. I filed a claim and they denied that they were at fault. I will not use this car wash again!
Went today for a car wash very disappointed . After exiting car wash we pull to the vacuum area only to discover after paying 30.00 for a was we now have to pay 2.00to use the vacuum. Also after getting home realized we didn't get the tire shine which we paid for !! We normally go to Todd's car wash but wanted to try this one, sad to say we won't be back and we resume going to a Todd's where vacuums are free and wash is much better. After three or four washes the underneath my vehicle started to rust I had conflicting stories the attendant tells me that it was hot water underneath with soap and it would not cause rustbut the main Office told me it's just cold water so either they don't know what they're talking about or someone's lying I asked for a substitution and was told that it was not available and for the price that we're paying they should do something for the customers they are not a customer friendly business and the vehicles really aren't t... read more
