I don't usually do car washes, but I always come here when I need to give it a good cleaning in the inside. I love the vacuum tool and appreciate the great service when I need help!

I would say the vacuums there suck but they can't pick up anything and their "ultimate car wash" ultimately did nothing. I will not be returning.

Drove my 49000 truck up to get it washed. Pulled around to entrance and was waiting for the operator to signal he was ready. He didnt. He started the wash and it sucked my truck into the brushes while it was running. The older employee ran around and shut it down. Called office ( main) and left massage. This could of been as disaster. No return call at all. They dont care. Never Never Neverl

My car was still dirty after going through the carwash. I literally had to clean my windows after. Also, dont bother using the vacuums. They have no suction and don't even help to clean/ get crumbs. Don't pay for this place.

Following up to say they disavow liability for the damages they clearly caused, which were also recorded on camera by my vehicles on board cameras. Service appointment and they will pull all computer logs, which I will have to take to small claims court for them to take any responsibility. I trusted this company, I don't suggest that you do the same. They did have a process in place to "placate" me in order to do a denial by mail. My wife and I tried the Mikes car wash on orphanage Road for the first time yesterday being Saturday, we went through and I spent $30 on their ultimate car wash and let me tell you I am very disappointed. Yes, my car is dark, but the water spots are seriously uncalled for. I went back on a Sunday, the following day, and the manager was kind enough to let me go through one more time. I usually go to the gas station car wash in Independence, but decided to give Mike's a chance this past Saturday morning. The Ultimate +Ceramic carwash I got at Mike's was terrible. The carwash at the gas station is far superior. Mike's missed entire swatches of area down both sides of my jeep, the hood was still dirty, and the roof had dirt smeared around. I'm sure the first reviewer is biased because Ms Car Wash sucks and cost 3X more. I love Mikes car wash. You can go through as many times as you need in the same visit if you didn't get clean. I usually pretreat bugs and bird poop with a spray before going through any car wash.

my first experience with Mike's carwash was right after a road trip. you know when you get back and your car is just covered in squashed bugs... well my normal car wash was closed so I tried the new Mike's right across the street. I had never been to anything like this before, I am use to Ms.Classic where there are people at the front and back of the wash making sure your car is clean and then driving it to vacuum it out for you. if you've never been to Mike's, they dont do that.
