I was immediately disappointed when I realized the car in front of me got special attention. She got a really nice spray down over the entire front of the vehicle at least. I thought this is nice, some attention- thinking I’d get the same service. The young lady sprayed my car only on the driver side of the front of the car and the windshield for a total of about 10 seconds before my vehicle started moving forward. I met Mike F., the grand opening Manager, and he was polite and a good representative of the company. He quickly moved on to the next store. I found the product was good. I bought the intro one or two month offer for half price. I liked that. They reassured me I could call their corporate number and cancel it when the special was up. I did with no problem. Unquestionably expensive compared to other subscription program car washes in the area but I must say they give a great wash. Unfortunately the biggest downside is that their vacuums are not free like the other car wash companies around here. I knew that when I signed up but it is still a bit frustrating.
Since I bought my car brand new over the past 2 years I've gone to Mike's Car Wash in Jeffersonville at least once or twice a month my last visit a week and a half ago resulted in my left front factory installed splash guard was damaged I filed a claim and they denied it (of course) because they claim that it was loose or damaged before it went through the car wash. Gavin did a phenomenal job of presenting the holiday sale the car wash was doing! If I actually washed my car more often, I would have definitely taken advantage of it. He also was so kind to the dogs I had with me and gave them treats! Gavin is a FIVE star employee for sure! Give him a raise
