I really need to go here more often. I tend to go to the Mike's car wash in Fields Ertel, but the past few times I have tried, the line is literally out of the business into the road (not a bad thing!). I decided to hit up the one in Loveland off of Loveland Madeira Road after some errands instead. They are open until 9:00 PM, and I found the later I went in the evening, it was not as crowded. We were on our way home from school when my daughter asked if we could go to the car wash. I looked at my mom-van/swagger wagon covered in big juice and full of crumbs and said yes. I pulled up into the easy to find location and the attendant greeted me. I asked him what the best car wash would be to entertain a toddler, and as he was drawing smiley faces for both of my kids with a soap bar on the windows he suggested the wash with a purple soap (or clear coat?) that would be fun. AMAZING SERVICE! After I finished my car wash, Ryan saw that not all the bugs were cleaned off so he sprayed them again and sent me back through for another wash! THANKS RYAN!

Customer service is key and this place has it! I love Mike's and I think this is the best location so far and it's so convenient!

Took my car to this Mike's Car Wash for the early bird special. Bought the Ultimate car wash as usual, what a terrible job. During the early bird time today they reduced the amount of rinse water and either reduced the undercarriage water pressure or turned it off completely. Afterwards while drying off my windows, I noticed salt in my wheel wells and under some of the underbody. $17.00 what a rip - off.

Basic wash requires another 45 minutes back home to clean all windows and wipe all the soap specks off the body. The quality is not worth the cost. I am definitely going to find another place!

One of the workers was very cruel to me for no reason! all i did was drive though and i was trying to pull forward and then he just started shaking his head at me! VERY poor service!!

Had my car washed here on 11/15/23, granted my car was really dirty, I left and continued on to Kroger further down the road. Noticed my car was still covered in soapy water and my front license plate was bent. Never again.

Mikes is not what they used to be. I go through and always need a second wash. They barely spray the front window on the drivers side. Roll you through and your hood, grill and window are all still dirty. My car is garage kept and isn't hard to clean!
