Ive only taken my car through there 3 times and have had pretty bad scratches on my clear coat. if they were to improve at all they should wash all their "soft bristle's" more than twice a day. VERY disappointed with this with me having filed a claim and no call back. If you don't care about your car this is the place for a cheap wash.
This location desperately needs new dryers. My car is NEVER dry after going through. Now I don't expect it to be completely dry, but my windshield, side windows, and mirrors are always never dry and leave soap spots all over them. I leave with my windows dirtier than they were when I came in. The wash itself is great, but PLEASE GET NEW DRYERS!! (I know I'm not the only one that has this issue, everyone I talk to that comes here says the same thing about their vehicle not being dry enough)
Little snotty at this location. Lots of southwest (rich) folks and those who think they are rich out this way. Snooty bunch. The Mike's workers out here are even sucked in by the snootyness . Jerg offs. It's Mikes though! could do worse. If you're out southwest anyway and want an early bird this place is alright. This location doesn't get my car as dry as the downtown location. They do a pretty decent job though and get in there kind of deep, not as deep as downtown, but they will get in there a few layers. You will see th... read more
For the cost of this car wash your car should not come out still dirty on the other side. I've purchased the best wash and every time I still come out with issues unlike when I go to other car wash in the area that are less expensive.
