I've had Mike's guys out for three problems. One cleaned and changed out all my HVAC filters and found a very dangerous situation in the upstairs furnace. He was friendly and thorough and professional. The second guy I had out was Cory and he was there to diagnose an electrical problem I was having outside near my pond. He didn't just change the GFCI like the electrician I called before at another company did twice already. The technician, Justin G., arrived on time and wearing a mask for our appointment to service our furnace. When he completed his work, he explained what he had done. He was very polite and answered our questions thoroughly. Before he left he gave us his cell number in case we had any problems. We have used Mike's for years and will continue to do so.

Travis and Sean did a thorough job of cleaning the ducts; only caution I'd give others is confirm the price...we did, we knew the job would be over $650...but for retirees, that is significant and we will have to do some shopping around. But still, a good and thorough job is to be appreciated and we do.

I hired Mike's Mechanical to install a $5,000 water heater that also feeds my heated floors. Within days of the installation, water began leaking through my downstairs hallway ceiling. After investigating, we found that one of the connections they installed hadn't been tightened properly, which caused the leak and the drywall damage. Do not use!!!! if I could give them zero stars, I would. This company is crooked and shady! They perform shoddy work, they overcharge, and they lie their way out of being responsible for damage they caused. They have cost me many thousands worth of water damage in my home because of what they specifically did and they deny! Negligent with zero care given. Zero stars if possible. TL,DR: Mike's refuses to honor warranty on products they sell and install. We purchased our water heater brand new from Mike's in OCT 2020 and it immediately had issues providing consistent hot water. We had hot for a few minutes at a time, then cold for a few minutes and so on. Mike's sent multiple plumbers over the course of weeks, removing and replacing parts; putting water on the floor each time. I give them 2 star rating. 1 for showing up, and 1 for being polite. I had a mid-fall service done on my furnace by Mike's Mechanical - the guy did spend some time going over it, and he said it was in good shape. It started malfunctioning in the early part of the winter during that super cold stretch. On off - on off... I sure didn't want it to die during the night.
