I was one of the people who got bad hail damage on my ford F-150, one of the first things I noticed was that, even though the guy seemed to be busy, I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the counter. I told him I had hail damage, I gave him my insurance info and he quickly went to access the damages to my truck. The process was quick and easy, I was given an estimated time for completion and told I would be advised when it would be ready. These guys were top notch on fixing my vehicle. I got really bad hail damage after a storm and went to them the following day. They have excellent customer service and answered any questions I had. My vehicle looks great and I would highly recommend these guys for your vehicle repair needs.
