Beware!! Customers get a discount if they leave a 5 star review. They are rough with your car. Took my car in for body work came out with cracked windshield. Document how your car goes in looking before going. Not helpful. Not customer friendly. Would not recommend to anyone. Was legitimately called a liar by store employees.
Never installed my fender flare correctly. I need to take it back for the 5th time. They didn't have the correct size clips so they fastened it with other clips and gorilla glue and by the time I got home it had detached. Part is not aligned and also important bolts are missing. I was super cool with them because I understand we are all human so I try not to be a naggy customer but they have not done well for me so I have to say something. Service advisor was very professional, but my car was left with loose outer trims, missing radio antenna,3 screws and a screw cover for inner door panel. I took it back and 2 different screws and antenna were only installed. I didn't want to bother going back. Bought missing parts at the dealer. Never again.
Damn I wasn’t expecting much but they did a bad ass job with my truck it almost makes me want to fix the other side to make it look even�
Overall they did a very good job, but my truck was in the shop for more than 2 weeks. They never communicated with me or gave me updates and kept pushing dates on me. Finally they call to pick up my truck and when I did they hadn’t fixed it completely. There was scratches still and all they could say was well that wasn’t on the estimate. Horrible customer service they treat you good to get the job but then they live you hanging on the line up to 15 minutes simply don’t care and give you a date and change it to there convince
Brought my Kia on Oct. 4th and it was ready Oct. 19th. �
