Have used Mike's several times for my personal homes. I also know several happy customers that have used them for both large and small jobs. A great family business and would recommend them for all of your flooring needs.

Was really satified with not only the reasonable price I got for higher quality materials, but the crew that came were professional and clean! Work was done quick! My wood plank flooring is beautiful and my carpet looks brand new after several cleanings! I recommend them to everyone:)
Beautiful show room and selection, excellent service, I'd recommend them to anyone looking for flooring. Small businesses like this one are far more experienced in their field and helpful than your chain competitors than spread themselves thin.
No recommendations here! After stopping into the store and several phone calls to repair my ceramic tile, that was purchased from them; then waiting for Mike to come out and be told by his wife I wrote down the wrong time. And hearing their lack of interest in scheduling the repair, I CANCELLED. I guess they just don’t need the business (carpet too) and lack of good KIND business with your customers on the phone and in person. And people wonder why we don’t shop in Monroe anymore! We are sorry you are not happy. But when we make a appointment I have a pen in hand and write it down. Sorry you got the dates mixed up. We tried to keep the same date and "YOU" cancelled. Your repair was going to take 2-3 hours and the time has to be set up in advance. You purchased your flooring (7) yrs ago and when we installed your DuraCeramic tile you were very happy with the job.
