Purchased a used very low mileage Road Glide from Harley Parker. Was told the bike had some engine work done, specifically a stage 2, which was false. Took over three weeks to get the barrel keys so was unable to lock the bike. Fortunately someone didn’t just role the bike away since I lacked the ability to lock the forks. Terrible dealership, salesman obviously did not care, bike was posted for a different price than what they tried to sell it to us for. Manager asked if we're here to just bust balls or buy a bike. I'd rather ride a Kawasaki than go in that place again
Horrible people liars to boot did a brake job forgot to tighten the bleeder valve ruined the pads and left my father with no brakes could of lost his life also they sent a man to pick up his bike who didn’t even know how to strap the bike down in the trailer when my son noticed he was bending the crash bar went to help him then they charged my father for the brake job they already messed up didn’t warranty anything DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL !!! This post is not accurate and does not reflect the repair that was performed last year with brake pad replacement. Air in the ABS system after a year was not a result of the work that was performed and the brake pads that were installed were not damaged in any way. The engine guard was not properly secured to the motorcycle due to damage that was not a result of our driver picking up the motorcycle and it was easily and quickly adjusted back to the original position. I would’ve liked a more accurate estimate of how much time it was gonna take to put on a new tire. I was told one hour when it took three. I would of left to take care of other business if I new it would take so long. Would of liked the free wash but was just ready to leave after waiting so long. They did a good job on the tire but cost way to much.
RecommendedService was super slammed yesterday and I had a few thoughts nuts I needed checked, they got my SG in and even fixed some recalls that I didn't know about. I won't be going to the other Harley dealers in town. Thanks a ton guys!
