sad to write this review. Bought a used 2016 street glide and was told a safety inspection and all maintenance was performed. After a test drive the rear brakes were grinding pretty bad and another sales manager test rode it to confirm. They agreed to replace the brakes but what was concerning was on the inspection report the brakes had no check mark by it and zero notes. I just purchased a low-mileage Road King from Mile High Harley - Parker. Jesse is very knowledgeable and he did a great job of listening to my questions and responded quickly throughout the process. The total experience went very smoothly and the entire sales staff jumped in when necessary. The detailing and prep of the bike for delivery was excellent. I left with a high level of trust that Mile High - Parker does things the right way. I will definitely go to them for any bike purchases in the future.

Nate was cool. But the bike was dead upon purchase, no one knew how to get the battery charged, I was only given 1 fob, there should be 2. No walk through when I actually did get the bike. Overall after making the purchase the experience really wasn't that great. No body cares.
We went in to mile high Parker to get a Road glide yesterday (3/31). After looking at a few we found the one we liked, it was tagged with a big green sale tag $29,995. Two different salesmen told us there’s also a $2k Harley credit until the end of the day (3/31) which would put it at $27,995. We left briefly to think about it, returned to buy it and was told we had to fill out a credit app before they’d discuss numbers with us.
