2016 Silverado Purchase Process went smooth, no issues. The salesman was easy to deal with and knowledgeable of the truck. Sales manager provided a fair trade for the vehicles I traded in. Finance Dept was easy and quick. Minor suggestion would be to modernize the financing process (more electronic, less paper)

Miles Chevrolet Adam Gossett got my car in for Airconditioning repair. He had a car for me to drive while my car was being serviced. I brought a freshly baked Butterscoth Cookie from The Coffee Connection... to Adam for doing such a good job.

Miles Chevrolet Service Dept of 2015 Chevy Malibu I was greeted by a service writer when I drove into the service area, and the service writer immediately began to take my info. The work required was completed in a timely manner, and I was leaving the dealership about one hour after my arrival. I was treated with every bit of courtesy, and the work done to my vehicle was satisfactory and complete.
