Recent experience Recently had an issue with the oil pump on my 2015 Silverado. Even though it was a Fri night and I was 40 miles away the dealership had a tow truck and a loaner truck there within an hour and a half. Was kept updated on the repairs to my truck and it was delivered to me, again 40 miles away, when done. Have done business with them for 15 years and will continue to do so.
