MILES SERVICE DEPARTMENT The employees in the service department are all so nice. They are so helpful and informative when you take you car in to be serviced. That was one of the big factors in my purchase of my new car was the wonderful service department that Miles has.

After buying my husbands Malibu from Miles and working with the service dept. for all things on his car it was a sure bet when it was time to get a new truck Miles is where we would go. My Experience I've purchased 3 Trucks from Miles Chevrolet and am in the process of possibly buying a fourth vehicle. The service I have gotten on my Silverado is exceptional. They are able to address my complicated working schedule by allowing me to use a loaner vehicle while dropping my truck off to have it serviced. I can't say enough about how important that is for me.

2004 Trailblazer Damaged after hitting a deer. After a glitch in communication, John admitted dropping the ball and proceeded to take care of the body work to our trailblazer and got it done in record time. The work quality was excellent and I was very pleased with the outcome.
