Customer Great customer service. I was in for an oil change
2015 Chevy Silverado scheduled Maintenance They got my truck in as scheduled and done in a timely manner. I was called to tell me the oil was changed and what other maintenance needed to be done and got my approval. Once everything was done I was called again to come pick it up. Everything was great and as it was explained to me on the phone.
See Jamie Bone great guy First time at dealer was because another dealership in Decatur took advantage of the fact I was first time buyer ....Jamie Bone helped me take control of situation and put me in brand new car for smaller loan that I was dealing with and second time was to have seal on my car replaced which service dept was quick and very responsive

Customer/owner Had made appointment one day before. Arrived a little earlier and promptly greeted by Mike - went over work desired and went to comfortable customer waiting area. Servicing was completed and ready to check out in a little less than an hour. Serviced as instructed in owner's manual and warranty..
Trax owner RPD I was treated very well. had my 4000 miles service done. Did not take very long which surprised me.Could not have expected anymore . The gentleman who had written up the work order was very helpful. Was offered free coffee. and the waiting area was very nice and comfortable..
