Decatur's finest Chevrolet dealership. Brought my car in, had it serviced, now I'm happy. It was the fastest I have ever had a car serviced in 56 years of driving. Polite, fast, courteous. As good as one can expect. I recommend a pay raise for everyone in the service department.

Responsive and Helpful This company did a really nice job of contacting me and following through when I asked for more information about a car. The salesman even told me up front that the car I was interested in did not have A/C so that I did not waste a trip. The sales manager and another employee followed up with me looking for any other cars that they could show me. They were consistent without being pushy.

Oil change is not a topic for a survey... It was an oil change, not a big deal, and not worth the hassle of filling out a survey. It is ridiculous that this is sent after each visit.
