My experience at Miles Chevrolet My husband and have always had the best customer service when it comes to buying A car, maintenance on our vehicle. They work very hard to work with us when it Comes to meeting our needs. Our dealer Jarrod Campbell was awesome. Miles Should be very proud to have this young man.
Recent experience Recently had an issue with the oil pump on my 2015 Silverado. Even though it was a Fri night and I was 40 miles away the dealership had a tow truck and a loaner truck there within an hour and a half. Was kept updated on the repairs to my truck and it was delivered to me, again 40 miles away, when done. Have done business with them for 15 years and will continue to do so.

Owen richardson Sales people very courteous more time needed in explaining special features of car such as on star to ones such myself who never had these features. Saleman did give us his card and told us to call at any time for assistance. Over all everyone was very helpful.

Service Department Ed Stolte and his team is very knowledgeable and efficient. Every time I come in, they look up needed service and advise me of maintenance that needs done. I never have to wait very long for any scheduled maintenance.
Carolynn It's hard for me to fully trust the repair/maintenance part. We had an experience with them before when they said they done something but didn't. I would like to be able to watch them add additives to the oil, transmission type stuff. They charge an outrageous price, but how do you know they really done it. If they lie once about a minor thing....hard to believe they wouldn't lie about a major thing also. The person was suppose to have been talked to, but hard to trust this now
