I suffered a second degree burn to my lower lip during a root canal performed by Dr. Michael Tehrani. He dropped a hot instrument on my lower lip, offered no follow up care, and took no accountability for it. I left the office in tears, in pain and I felt helpless and violated. It was a horrible experience and I was left with an ulcer on my lip for 2 weeks, with extreme emotional and professional distress.
