I moved my dad into Milestone about 2 years ago. He passed away in February as a result from an unwitnessed fall he sustained in January. Monthly rent went up $400 from the initial agreed price upon move in. The director at the time was not well versed in the contract I was signing and could not answer any of my questions. Bad business, they don’t answer their phones and are withholding w-2 from employees, they have 2 different phone number on google and their website and both of them aren’t even in stoughton. All the reviews are left by employees and are fake wouldn’t trust this company at all!
The Milestone facility is very nice and the staff are great. David was especially helpful in getting my brother on boarded in a very timely manner. He definitely went above and beyond!
