There is no real rating for this place, its a slave camp, and they are the states pick to decive the people in arkansas, its another way to control the people by using our kids and throwing blame where it dont belong, and they treat the ones on ssi the worst couse all they want to do is trap them in the system to control the parents or family of said children, and they put them on drugs to make them week and hinders their ability to process, and then expect them to act normal when the child is hindered under meds, then letti... read more

this place is traumatizing, I was a patient here at Millcreek, and I was on the Eagle Hall unit for 1 year before I was discharged. the staff here are very disrespectful and don't care about your needs and over-medicate you, I was put on many different meds that do the same thing. there are a lot of fights here and the staff would get other patients to fight. please don't bring your kid here they abuse you mentally and verbally and physically. This place is traumatizing, some of the staff there really don't care about your mental health... they are very disrespectful...only there for a paycheck. They also over-medicate you, I was here last year for a year and was treated poorly. I was in the Eagle Hall unit... the supervisor for that unit is the best she is there for you and the only staff that cares about you. She deserves to have a raise... but overall I would rate this place a 2/5 because its not the best place for your kids...

All these good reviews are fake I was a patient and I had to endure 4 yrs of abuse before getting discharged
