Very nice people, quick communication--but unwilling to go down on price. Purchased same car from another dealer for less.

I had a great experience at Millenium Auto! I would definitely recommend Carlos. He was friendly and professional, but not pushy. The buying process was easy and would have been really fast but we had a couple people in front of us to finalize their paperwork. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I would have liked to get the price down a little more, but I do still feel like I got a great deal.

Was contacted through email. Then the second email was to inform me the car had sold. Save fme a trip.
Contacted quickly with good follow up I went out of town and we did not get to final negotiations as vehicle sold They were good to work with
Nice polite people but expect lowball price for your trade and to also pay a premium for their cars. We didn't buy there because they wanted to much for theirs and wanted to get big bucks down and offers the lowest trade value on ours in the Tri Cities.
