I wouldn’t suggest buying a gift for anyone from here. They have a 5 day return policy. Even for unopened exchanges. I guess that’s a way to deter any returns but everyone needs to remember not to buy anyone a gift from Miller Waldrop Furniture

Took about 1 1/2 years to get our correct furniture. Requested a refund after we figured out how long it was going to take, but was offered an in store credit instead. We then decided to continue with our couches because anything else we would have ordered probably would have taken just as long. Furniture did come in great condition and Melissa, our sales rep, was really nice.

i could have received better quality from Ashley's. paid 4100 for furniture that the brads are tucked under the arm on the right side of 1 chair and the sofa . They did reorder , new sofa came in looking far worse then the 1st one ,chair looks about the same ,they let the delivery guy bring it without calling to info me that the new furniture was as messed up as the first pieces we had . Not happy at all and didn't even receive a call . Went to Ashley's and looked at their sofa's with brads ,all were just right ....lesson ... read more
I had bought furniture from Miller Waldrop in Roswell years ago and was very pleased with it. So when I needed new living room furniture, I went to the one in Hobbs. The only reason I could afford it is my mother had left me a little money when she passed. Our sales last ensured us that leather was the way to go. Now 3 years later it looks like crap and 20 years old. Called the store only to be told well your body oils can do this to furniture after time. Seriously? Don't remember the Sales lady telling me that when I bought... read more
