Absolute scammers. They conned a blind disabled man into paying $8000 to lease a $2000 purchase when I asked they told me I should’ve looked at my contract horrible company never do business with them untrustworthy. They use a company called American financing that big surprise only does leasing so if you sign a contract thinking you’re buying something you’re actually just leasing and you will have to pay until the end of time and what do you do if you have bought half the item at the store and the other half is now financ... read more
*edited to add - I talked with Mr. Waldrop and he reimbursed us for the protection plan since it was not explained to us properly upon purchasing. We appreciate you taking the time to explain it to us and making things right, it shows he takes a lot of pride in his business and wants all of his customers to be totally satisfied. i could have received better quality from Ashley's. paid 4100 for furniture that the brads are tucked under the arm on the right side of 1 chair and the sofa . They did reorder , new sofa came in looking far worse then the 1st one ,chair looks about the same ,they let the delivery guy bring it without calling to info me that the new furniture was as messed up as the first pieces we had . Not happy at all and didn't even receive a call . Went to Ashley's and looked at their sofa's with brads ,all were just right ....lesson ... read more
