If your the management team that reaches out this comment speaks for itself. What would you consider a Great Rectification? Refunding a Willingly paying customer their money back with Apologies??? Try Educating your staff on Serve Safe Certified Requirements So incidents like this Don't Happen At ALL. Can you imagine what would've happened had this been for my daughter which it was almost. Know there is No Reason for food to pass out YOUR Kitchen like this to patrons PERIOD. ON IT, CLAIM THE MISTAKE AND OWN IT.... Thanks

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!! On Sunday afternoon 6/9/19, a friend and I went here to get a bite to eat before getting back on the road. There was barely anyone in there to where the wait was long. After waiting to be seated for about 5 minutes, we finally got seated. The host informed us that our server would be right with us. Came here for a late night dinner with a large group, and two of our group members ordered the burger. Within 15 minutes of eating the burger we immediately found ourselves sick in the bathroom. We decided to let our server know, who told us the manager would handle the situation. When we went to pay the issue was not acknowledged, and when addressed again, we were told to take it up with the health department. We went to Millie's yesterday evening. We got a burger and blt sandwich. My husband got the eldorado burger, there was no description on the menu what came on it. The waiter did not even ask him if he wanted to add cheese (which he did) instead he just rushed away. He didn't even ask him how he wanted his burger (he likes it rare). The burger came out with no cheese and well done- my husband has never ever ordered a burger like that. My BLT has burnt bacon on it. Both of ours came with fries and they weren't hot o... read more

My wife's steak was almost raw, her baked potato undercooked. When asking for a replacement meal, the server said "I suggest a different type of potato because they're all like this". Really?

Went to get dessert...they have awesome desserts from pies to cakes to cookies to ice cream...however for some reason they changed the crust on their tart size cream pies...I am sad...it is not the same. I ordered a tart size banana cream pie and there was hardly any banana filling it was all whip cream. I am not sure what happened, but it's not good whomever decided to change it. Change it back!! I've been here 2 times. Once back in 2017 and once recently. Came here on Saturday night before a concert. There was no one in line and no one on site to seat us. Waited for about 10 minutes before someone came over to bring us to our seats. We got seated and it even took longer for our waiter to come over. They were not even busy. Only few tables were occupied. About 10-15 minutes later, the waiter finally came to take our orders and gave us water. We placed our orders and it was waiting time again. I remembered ... read more

Came here for a quick bite real quick to go and they sent me to the bar, let me tell you the bartender was very rude gave him my ID and was talking to him nicely not thinking he was going to be rude he just threw my ID at my and he had an attitude not sure If he was just having a bad night or if it was because of my race unsure but will never come here again wanted to get up and leave but I had already paid for my food very disappointed service.

Waited in line for 45 minutes and got seated in a not so busy restaraunt, which is open 24 hrs and i wondered why we waited so long. Anways we Ordered our food with our waitress who was very nice, and about 30 minutes later we got our food. My husband ordered the mushroom burger and said it wasn't his best. I ordered the breakfast burrito and my kids ordered the Belgian waffles which were EXCELLENT. The burrito was small and not very tastful. Wasup with Reno not having good restaurants?
