I cannot believe the service here and the quality of the food. If you want an easy-going Greek place with incredible lamb and the most attentive service of any restaurant in SF, this is the place.
Exquisite dining experience! We (party of 8) dined here, ordered almost all starters and a good selection of entrees. Everything was excellent and true to Greek/Turkish taste of these dishes. The chef clearly stays true to the original recipes, uses the best ingredients and masterful in their craft. Service was wonderful and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for an authentic Mediterranean experience! 10/10!
best service in the city, food was amazing and tasty
Tasty Greek food. All the classics made well. Worth a dinner.
First time at this place food was delicious. The service was amazing. I really enjoyed the waitress and she was very sweet and offered a line of wine for us to pick and a little bit noisy. The table in front of us was very loud so hard to have a communication inside the place, but overall very good you should try.
Restaurant was so loud could not even hear my friend. Food was not traditional Greek. Zucchini cake was the best dish we had - I can't recommend the lamb souvlaki or moussaka. Wine was over priced and bill had higher price than the menu listed. We had an issue with this and our table neighbors did too. Sparkling water is from Greece and $9 per bottle!?!
Excellent food and a good wine selection. Fast, friendly service.
Very welcoming and polite. However, the food was very expensive for what it was. The prices were almost as high as Kokkari, but the taste left us wanting. The bechamel in the moussaka was not as exciting as expected, and the orzo in the lamb leg was too heavy. Overall, if I were to return I would get half the quantity - decent food, still enough (portions are big), more reasonable price.
Going to this restaurant took me back to Greece. The food, ambiance, and service were all outstanding. We shared the spanakopita (filo spinach pie), melitzanosalata (grilled eggplant spread), horiatiki (Green salad), and souvlaki (chicken skewers). We even got a complimentary spicy hitipiti (red pepper spread). This was enough for the both of us and I especially liked all the spreads that you can plop on your food. To top it off, we had the loukoumi (Turkish delight) and oh my god, this was the best I've ever had. We definit... read more
