I am very happy with my dr . She listens to me and hears what I say and affirms me.
Dr Zarrabi is always helpful with new information and suggestion on different things to work on .
Very personable
My doctor was absolutely amazing. Personable, kind, and addressed all of my concerns. The reduction in stars is due to the fact that 3 minutes before my appointment I still was stressing out over not having the zoom link to the meeting, since they charge a fee for not showing up to your appointment. It was frustrating to watch my appointment get closer and closer while I waited for a customer service representative.
My therapist is very kind and listens to my concerns.
I seemed to have frustrated the doctor, which made me anxious and uncomfortable.
Great experience
It was a very thorough zoom appointment. All needs were addressed. I was given Lexapro and I'm no longer taking 20 mg of Fetzima. Thank you@
Dr. Zarabi is excellent. You can fill her concern over video. She makes me feel better about myself.
