I got on there to tell the representative that I wasn't sure whether or not my phone was compatible with the physical SIM card he said no worries and he asked me for my IMEI went looked it up and said you're good your phone is compatible and it was that quick I really appreciate that I didn't have to have my money refunded or anything and my sim is on the way.
