Why I have choose BMW of Boston Because of Mr. Hadi Eslami, he did understand my needs, timing, worked hard to make things happened perfectly. I have worked with a lot of sales people before, but I always come back to Hadi; very professional, very caring and work hard to deliver his promises though out the dealership and it team.

satisfied with the product but one thing,I didn't like When I purchased my vehicle, I had purchased an additional wheel and Tyre protection. Yes, It was my decision to purchase and the manager had given a 1000$ discount than the Actual price. I appreciate that. After a day, I somehow felt I don't want to go with this Tyre and wheel protection and contacted the manager to check if this can be excluded from the purchase. Joe Migdali Joe did a great job in explaining & demonstrating the different options for technological assistance in my A-! - how to toggle from BMW program to Apple Car Play; advantages & disadvantages of each program -he was friendly & patient (I wasn't made to feel inept about this new technology) - he went "above & beyond" to make sure that my new phone's settings were not negatively impacting the BMW experience He is definitely the the type of employee who is needed by clients in this "new age" of information. ... read more
