I could not have had a better car buying experience. Rene was the best salesman ever and even though it was a busy Saturday he didn't rush me along and made sure all of my questions were answered. The managers Kyle and Steve were hilarious and made sure I was well taken care of. A buying experience that was thorough and never felt rushed or pressured. I worked directly with Renee while doing business at Chicago Mini and he was everything that I could have asked for from a sales person. When I was in the first stages and just looking around, he was available yet gave me space. I bought a mini cooper on one of the coldest days of the year. They were very accommodating. I test drove several models. I would buy another mini cooper at this location again.
I write very few reviews but my experience at this place yesterday warranted one. I worked with Rene Chavez and am now the very happy owner of a Mini I really wanted. Rene listened carefully and made every effort to make things fall into place for me. He used texts to answer my questions before my coming in, so I had good info about the car before even seeing it. Best car buying experience working with Rene Chavez! I had my previous Mini serviced here for several years and knew I wanted to purchase my next car here based on their good service. I found Rene through reviews and he more than lived up to them. Not only is he knowledgeable, friendly, and a 'no pressure' sales person, he was extremely efficient and had paperwork moving quickly once I made a decision. He also followed up by phone as he said he would regarding a detail for service. I will seek Rene out again for my next car.
