After a service visit on a used Mini....well had to drive out with a new one. Ryan and Theresa did an amazing job. What began as terrible news, they turned it into an amazing experience. I loved everyone who was involved in my transaction. I'd buy another Mini just to get pampered all over again! I had a great experience at mini Cooper in San Antonio Monday. Ryan was my sales person and was very efficient and accommodating to my schedule. I had a limited amount of time to spend and, he was very helpful in each Avenue leading up to the purchase of my new 2024 mini Cooper. Not only was he personable but, very informative as well.
My wife and I had a very good experience here with our sales person, Linda Campos. She is also a Mini owner so she was very knowledgeable about these cars. We purchased a certified pre-owned Mini Cooper S after test driving 2 cars. After purchasing, we had a follow-up visit for a small issue that Linda took care of promptly. I recommend Linda to anybody in the market for a Mini Cooper here in San Antonio!
Diana and Ryan are excellent. Constant communication on the status of our Mini's transit and the most superb reveal. That was a beautiful touch! Thank you.
