Love that Mini of Knoxville are very polite, even when calling. I have/had to call Nashville Mini…will never deal with Nashville. I am however a little bummed out after having my oil change done. Always when Knoxville does this they always take great pride in washing and vacuuming my car. However not this day, but it does not lower the great customer service experience and treatment I am given when there. I hope you will bring back the quality care with the vacuuming and washing again.
