Had such a good experience at Mini of Knoxville! Brian was super helpful, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed in a car. He was super receptive to what I actually wanted, and not just pushing cars at me like several other dealerships. Overall went with the Mini Clubman, and couldn’t be happier!
The staff, Kevin Ray was very informative and explained all The service that was happening with my vehicle and he was clear and precise. My vehicle was cleaned ever so nicely when I picked it up. I left feeling satisfied and happy that my car was thoroughly taken care of and I was valued as a person Mimi's just a customer.
Had a great experience buying my used car from Mini of Knoxville. Darrien Duff was very helpful and accommodating. We were coming from Kentucky to buy a car and take it back with us, and everyone we dealt with at the car lot was very helpful with figuring out the required paperwork to do that. I would be happy to shop here again.
I bought a 2022 Vehicle from Grayson Mini. All of the staff were professional and friendly. Darrien was knowledgeable and helpful. The process was surprisingly smooth and fast. I would buy from them again, without worry.
I bought a CLS class Mercedes from out of state and had a wonderful experience. Ana was amazing and walked me through every step of the process, answered every question I had, and sent me videos of the car she took right before it was shipped. I was a bit nervous doing this remotely but Ana kept me at ease and delivered on every promise. I highly recommend Ana and Mini of Knoxville!
