Amazing experience!! Brought my 2007 Mini in for its first visit as it was purchased used this summer. From arrival to completion of the service, this was a great experience. The problem was warranted and my fluids topped off and car washed. I was also given a car to use while the work was being done. Take notes everyone Mini of Burlington is setting the standards high. �
Brought my Certified Mini in for a service. Excellent customer service! Ran a diagnostic, explained everything that needed to be done and made repairs under the certified warranty. Very prompt and did not have to wait for parts, everything was there. Car even washed and vacuumed!
Have had several BMW's in the past and I just picked up my first Mini Cooper(clubman). What fun cars!!!!! What a great experience working with the dealership and they even buckled a Minnie Mouse for my 3 year old little girls in the back seat!!!!!! So thoughtful! #goingtheextramile

They are the best. I helped my mother purchase a new 2015 Mini Convertible and they went out of there way to make sure it was so simple. We worked with Hani and Matt and they did whatever they could to ensure we got the best deal plus made sure it was convenient for my mother to get without her even having to go to the dealership. Keep up the amazing work and service, and thank you guys for everything.
I went down to MINI just to test drive the new Hardtop. I was greeted almost immediately upon arrival with smiling faces and very non-pushy attitudes. After test driving the 2014 Hardtop, I asked if I could take a 2013 out for a spin and decided that was what I wanted.
