He’s always thorough to explain the problem, the solution or any alternative solutions as necessary. I appreciate having a fair chance at getting mechanical service for my Mini and not being taken advantage of as a woman. The necessary work was covered by warranty, and the service department was able to take care of a recall while I was there.
