I've never purchased a car from them (I live almost two hours away) but they treat my 15-year-old used MINI Cooper like a classic. Derek helped me out a couple of times on this visit. Arman stayed in touch with me by text so I could go out and take a walk around the neighborhood while the service dept. programmed my key remote. Everyone I've spoken to at the dealership has been friendly and helpful.
