"Just don't go on Columbus Day" Avoid the holidays, and I would expect nothing less than a pleasant experience. There were a few hiccups, but I never go into a dealership expecting an entirely smooth process anyway. Everyone was as helpful as could be, they made me a decent offer on my trade, and so far I'm pretty happy with the new car.
"Tyler was an excellent technical expert." Tyler was a great help in the car buying process. I was purchasing a used vehicle, and he had an encyclopedic understanding of which features were available on which model years, as well as a phenomenal memory of all mini vehicles. He made the process a pleasure, and he never made me feel pressured.
