I've always been treated respectfully and the staff make sure everything gets done efficiently but thoroughly. I have no hesitation taking my 06 Mini to them. They recently did a massive ($6k) restoration and they went above and beyond. My Mini has 184k miles and I have no doubt with Schomp doing the service it'll last for another 200k.
