Previous BMW owner. Schomp Mini experience is just as premium as Schomp BMW even though they sell cars costing a third as much. Very happy to stay withing the Schomp family for our new purchase. The only demerit was the Allstate sales person trying to get us to switch insurance policies - why they need to be in the dealership in the first place is beyond me (I've never seen this "service" before anywhere) and they were extremely aggressive and rude. Hence 4/5 stars. The Mini salespeople are excellent though.
Everyone at Schomp Mini is professional, courteous, and inviting. The car buying experience was very organized and seamless. They stand by their commitments on all levels, in particular, post purchase. I would recommend.
Don't be fooled by the name. There's nothing "mini" about anything (or anyone) at Schomp Mini -- except the name of one of the world's best autos. When it comes to service and excellence the experience is Maxi all the way. They always puts the customer first. They have an excellent product, of course, but they also excel in all the other ways that a spectacular dealership holds up the Mini Brand. And they do it in a big way. The environment was great for a first time buyer. Fika was so patient and really understood my needs. Her attitude and commitment to me really made for a wonderful day. I am so happy with my purchase and look forward to working with Fika and the Schomp team again.

I bought my first car ever from Noah and it was the best experience I could have asked for! I was always intimidated by the stories I've heard about car buying and that's why I had waited so long, but Noah and all the staff at Schomp were so kind and helpful so I felt really comfortable throughout the whole experience.
