Best Mini dealership! I had a fast and great experience with Abraham. I was in and out of there in 2 hrs (which is fast for dealerships). He was very kind, not pushy and super helpful. I’ve been and bought from other Mini dealers, but they are the only ones who give you swag! They give you a BMW Niello bag, two Mini keychains, a pen and a first aid kit in a nice leather pack. Great experience at Niello MINI, and I'm not an easy customer to please! Big thank you to Scot Glackin - Service Manager and Michael Torres - Service Advisor. Scot managed to turn around a situation effortlessly and made me one happy customer. Scot and Macheal chased a timing chain rattle (ghost) for nearly five days on my MINI Countryman's engine and they didn't charge a red cent. I recently got my dream car from Niello MINI and had the best experience. Erika made the process very smooth and she was able to get me exactly what I wanted within my budget.
