Stopped in on a Saturday to have the service tech review my Mini JCW Tires i asked for an oil change also. The service tech was upfront and honest said he will squeeze me in. Can’t say enough of how courteous the service tech was in my request and got me out within an hour. Don’t want to guarantee they will do that all the time but since i purchased my Mini at Prestige i have had not one bad experience with either the salesman (Terry) or any of the service techs. Thanks again
This has been one of the best experiences for getting my daughter, Lizzy first car! We highly recommend Ruby as a sales representative because she was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the odyssey.
The staff at Mini of Ramsey are very welcoming. The salesman Terry Glattman went above and beyond, he made sure I comfortable with the car, the process and every decision there after. Plus the Sale Manager Mike Hostutler explained every detail, made sure I received a fair trade in value. This was a great experience and I would like to thank Mini of Ramsey.
