Beth was great! She was thorough and patient as I selected the right mini for me. While it took two days for me to decide, she was supportive and made the process easy. Alex Munoz, my Sales Rep, and Bob, the Finance Spec, were both very friendly and personable. From the time I arrived until my departure, Alex answered every question and was with me most of the way and constantly touched base with me when he wasn’t around. Bob made the financing portion as least painful as possible and explained thoroughly anything that I asked about. I had a 2012 Mini Cooper in Electric Blue. I adored that car. However, after taking it to the dealership for an oil change and diagnosis, my turn signals stopped working and my windows wouldn't close. It left me seething with frustration. I ended up buying a Honda on the same day. The sales person was knowledgeable about the process and comfortable to test drive with. The finance office was easy to work with and not overbearing. I don’t feel scammed. The only negative was it was the first time I bought a car and didn’t get a full tank of gas. The deal however was very good. I ended up with exactly what I wanted in a car.
