"Experience" Good experience. Seemed to be pretty candid about the process and helped me get the car I wanted. The approval process was fairly quick. Short sweet and to the point. The checkout process took a little while but Michael kept me informed throughout.

"Awesome" It had been over fifteen years since I bought a new car, so I had my mini customized to my liking and I couldn't have picked another dealer as great as Hendricks and the help from my sales person Shane Thompson (whom I later found out I was his last sale) and Zachary Stankowski that took over for him and the finance and management team was phenomenal

"Awesome Online Experience" Awesome online experience!!! I started working with Richard Massey from chats and emails. I was busy during the day and they respected that and worked with me entirely via texts and emails. I found the vehicle I wanted and knew what price I was willing to pay.
