Just an absolutely atrocious experience. I got 10 calls in 5 days from their guest experience people trying to buy my vehicle. So I finally went in after being pestered for a week to get an appraisal. I drove 40 miles and walked in the door and stood there for five minutes because there was no one inside except for a guy on a personal call who couldn’t be bothered. Everything started good. Made an appointment to look at a vehicle. Before making the 45 minute drive, I decided to check and make sure all was good. Vehicle listing was deleted, and after a phone call i found the vehicle was mid deal with another buyer. Not a text, phone call, email nothing about vehicle is most likely gone. Very poor communication. They completely lost my business. If they can't communicate, no telling what other sketchy things they are capable of.
Probably the most worthless parts department in the country. We order a lot of parts. This dealer cannot get them to us. Absolutely pathetic. Ordering from Memphis and having them shipped gets them here faster than the local dealer can. ** It is sad that it took a review to get a call back. Beware of tracking devices installed on new cars. Our 2022 Mini Cooper had a GPS tracker installed under the cowl near the battery. I was never informed of this during delivery. We made it very clear that we did not want our car PDI'd, Detailed, or any other dealer services performed. Called and spoke to "manager" on 11/2/2023 and was not greeted kindly when we asked why.
Love my Mini Cooper Clubman! So fun to drive. The service was impeccable, right down to the finance dept. They take their time in offering what you want and need. The service department is also great to work with, will be adding those British flags later to my mirrors! Definitely recommend this place if your in the market for a MINI Cooper.
