I don't use the term salesman on purpose Alex responded to our questions to inform, not to influence. He bore our indecision with patience - indecision over the 6-speed or automatic. "I found my self at Mini even though I purchased a Ram..." I found my self at Mini even though I purchased a Ram from them. From the moment I walked in I was kindly greeted. I worked with Kevin and David who were genuinely concerned in my matter. My original sales person (Kuzy) was also there concerned as well. They were reassuring that the problem would be taken care of. I wish more dealerships could be modeled after this one! It is nice to be treated like family.
